It can improve the utility of the surplus coke oven gas, oil field gas and exhaust gas of oil refinery, especially suiting for coking industry, petroleum chemistry, oil field and so on . Through over twenty years development, gas turbine sets have operated approaching five hundred thousand hours by now. The power station in shanxi coking factory was prized the best commercial efficiency. The comprehensive heat efficiency of gas turbine set is 30 percent higher than that of steam turbine set and the pay back period is 50 percent shorter. The facts have shown, 2MW gas turbine is a mature, stable, reliable, energy-saving product with evident social and economic beneficial results.
CHAPTER 2PRINCIPLES OF 2MW GAS TURBINECO-GENERATION POWER STATION OPERATION
The gas turbine is started by a starting motor. When it reaches the ignition speed, the compressed air is mixed with the fuel gas for combustion within the combustor. The combustion gas with high temperature and high pressure from the gas generator will drive the power turbine to work. When the running speed of the set reaches 42 percent of its rated speed, the starting motor will be automatically disengaged from the set. When the set runs automatically to its balance speed, the electric generator which is driven by power turbine will rotate at the same speed and operate in parallel with network. Fuel supply and output power increase in accordance with a certain law, the rated load of the set is 2000KW. Exhaust flow of gas turbine is 16.6Kg/s with 400℃.0.8-1.2Mpa vapour with the flow of 6.5t/h is produced by the heat recovery boiler, the boiler exhaust temperature is 190℃.Heat-electricity co-generation is realized by the packaged set with its comprehensive heat efficiency reaching 70 percent or higher .

CHAPTER 4 REQUIREMENT FOR QUALITY OF FUEL AND WATER
● Requirement for fuel (for example coke-oven gas ) When calorific value is 17.9MJ/Nm3 (not less than 15.9MJ/Nm3 )
● Requirement for the quantity and quality of water
Cooling water is used by circulation, water exhausted amount is 2t/h in practice. In order to prolong the life of the boiler, the requirement for water quality shall meet the international standard. CHAPTER 5 CONTROL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ● Noise control Noise of inlet and exhaust air is disposed by filter silencer in gas turbine unit, Noise meet the international specification. ● Vibration control Isolation measure is adopted in gas turbine unit and compressor to control the vibration. ● Discharge control Fuel is burnt thoroughly , not causing draining pollution; exhaust temperature of boiler is 190℃, not causing heat pollution. CHAPTER 6CONTENT OF SUPPLYThe set of 2MW gas turbine co-generation power station chiefly consists of the following parts. ● Gas Turbine section WJ6G1 light gas turbine engine Inlet filter of gas turbine. Inlet spray shell of gas turbine. Joint-support for both gas turbine and generator. Exhaust unit of gas turbine. External lube oil system of gas turbine. Fuel (liquid or gas fuel ) supply and adjustment system of gas turbine. Main and auxiliary support of gas turbine. ● Generator section Three-phase AC synchro-generator Ventilation (cooling ) unit of generator Bearing lube and jack-up unit of generator Starting system for turbine-generator Excitation unit. ● Recovery boiler Recovery heat exchanger Vapor and water separator Heat-water circulating system Boiler water supply and regulation system Vapor pipe assembly Smoke exhaust unit of recovery boiler ● Switch Unit High voltage switch cabinet (four to five ) 400/230v station distribution cabinet ● Control System ● DC control cabinet ● AC control cabinet ● Protection system ● Main control desk ● Control Desk of Recovery Boiler ● Connecting Wires and cables use in the Station. ● Primary Instrument Installing Board. ● Terminal Box ● Special Tools ● Floor Bolt of installation equipment CHAPTER 7 TECHNICAL SERVICE● The supplier will supply the Instructional Manual for the Power station and maintenance manuals for various equipments. ● If required by the purchaser, the supplier can offer the service of operation of the equipment of the power station. ● The customer may get help in training the personals in proper operation and maintenance procedures. ● To provide spares for the usage of one or two years. ● The warranty period for the equipment of power station is one year from acceptance . ● The supply of spare parts is guaranteed. |
